Hello! My name is Tiffany. I’m a small-town native of Shepherd, MI. It has always been a dream of mine to travel the globe and experience the different cultures that make up such a diverse world. This, coupled with my passion to serve others, had fueled my longing to experience the fullness of God’s kingdom. There is so much to be offered, yes within the borders that I reside, but also in experiencing the life of others who know God in a completely different way. My heart longs to know more about how to connect with others and in turn, create kingdom relationships. This is my hope for entering into an adventure with the World Race organization.
I am currently a student at Great Lakes Christian College in Lansing, MI. I am in my Junior year, pursuing Biblical Studies and History. I’ve taken an interesting road getting to this point, working 3 seasons on a small tourist-oriented place called Mackinac Island. There, I began to really see the way in which God orchestrates our lives and leads us in each step. It was there that I learned to put my trust in His sovereignty and be completely content with where I am led. I’m so excited to see what God has in store for this trip. I think it will be unlike anything I have experienced and yet I trust that it will be exactly what God has put forth.
Rather than focusing solely on what I hope to impart in this journey, I also hope to be able to share all that God feeds into me. One of the most encouraging things about studying the Bible and having relationships with others is the experience and confirmation of God’s faithfulness to us. There have been many a testimony that has played a large part in my faith story, my prayer is that God would use me to be His hands, feet, and even mouthpiece at times for the sake of His glory.
